What's the minimum age for birthday parties?

Our Trouble in the Toy Shop room is perfect for ages 7 and up. Children 7-13 must have a participating adult in the room. For teen parties (13+), adult supervision is required but they don't have to play.

How many kids can play at once?

Our Toy Shop room accommodates 2-4 players. For larger parties, we can run back-to-back sessions while other guests enjoy the party room, or book multiple rooms simultaneously!

Is it scary? Will my kids be frightened?

Trouble in the Toy Shop is whimsical and fun—NOT scary! It features a cute teddy bear named Patches who helps guide players. Our other rooms range from mildly spooky to intense horror (for older teens/adults).

Can we bring our own food and cake?

Absolutely! With our party room rental, you're welcome to bring cake, pizza, snacks, and drinks. We also have catering partners if you'd prefer to have food handled for you.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead for weekend parties, especially during busy seasons. Weekday parties often have more availability. Call us to check dates!

What if someone in our group has mobility concerns?

Please call us to discuss accessibility. Most of our puzzles don't require physical agility, and we're happy to accommodate special needs.
